Restaurant Le Chalet Suisse, And just when you thought you couldn't possibly get cheese fondue in Burkina Faso...This is pure Alpine chalet, run by a Swiss owner, with chequered tablecloth, tacky wooden beams, and wooden African animal masks hanging on the wall where there would normally be ancient snow boots. You can have a variety of cheese fondues, including raclette, flown in at great expense but sold at a decent price (unlimited amounts for 8500cfa, 22sfr pp), alongside potatoes, cornichons, cold meat, or beef to fondue yourself. A real find.
